If you measure values in the indicated range on the right side contacts, the lamp is fine (240V fusers will read 3-4 times higher on the right side contacts).

Open the back door of the printer. Using a philips screwdriver, remove the 2 hex-headed screws holding the fuser in place. Gently pull back, watching the plastic arm on the top right to make sure it doesn't get hung up and break.
