I have a laserjet 5550dn that wont print cyan. Ive tried the high voltage board and the dc controller. i also swapped the laser scanners between eachother. Ive tried changing toners and transfer kit. still nothing. I have verified that the lasers work and the toners work, inspected the gear assembly that spins toners and everything seems to function fine. I need help.
