I am at this moment so sick and tired of fighting the inkwar - so my Dell Photo 964 is going on a yard sale! (Read chucked out the window)
So - can anyone tell me what inkjet - all in one - printer I should get? I want to be able to buy compatible inks if ink is expensive, and it needs to print photos well. Speed and noise is not so important. Neither i buying price as long as the ink is reasonable priced.
Thank you for all the help :-)

The problem your going to have is that you want good photos using crappy cartridges I tell all my cutomers if quality is an issue than you need to stick with OEM cartridges wether it be inkjet or laser sorry not the news you wanted to hear but the truth. Personally Ive always found Epson to make the best photo quality printer as far as inkjets are concerned with Hp running a close second. If you decide you must use compatibles though I would go with an HP with the two cartridge system so if you have a bad cart you can replace both the ink and printhead together. Some of the HP's use a ink delivery system and if you get bad ink then it has to work its way out of the system. Hope that helps with your future investment and as always I reccomend getting the extended warranty becuase its given anymore the machine will break a month or two after the warranty expires.
