The simple answer is, we havent fixed this problem! I contacted Canon support, who responsed............ "Dear Customer,
Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding your Canon product.
Please be advised that if the MP 150 is displaying the letter E followed by number 3, this would indicate a paper jam. However, if it is flashing E, then 3 and then another digit, an error requiring servicing might have occurred. Turn OFF the machine, and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply. After a while, plug the power cord of the machine back in and turn ON the machine. If the same error occurs, contact a Canon service representative.

My printer was giving me the message of E then 3, and I know this means a paper jam. However, the jam comes from the printer feeding the paper in crooked when it begins to pull the paper down when i print. Any advise? Is it the rollers? If so, what can I do?

I need the manual for this printer. I get an error that says E2, but have no manual. I am also trying to sell it, but cannot obviously until it is working properly.
